These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 6win platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Age and Eligibility

• If an account is operated in the name of a minor, the associated balance will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

6win offers various bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. By claiming a bonus, the associated terms automatically apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, wagering of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 6win reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The general rules below apply to all categories when placing bets or playing games on 6win. Each category (sports betting, casino, slots, fishing, etc.) may also have its own additional rules.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the bet was not processed correctly due to a technical error. 6win will not be held responsible for any bet lost due to internet disconnection or device issues.

6.2 Displayed Odds and Results

In sports betting, the odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. Results are determined based on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.3 Game Errors

If an abnormal result or payout occurs due to a software error, 6win reserves the right to void that round and refund the original stake amount. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error will be considered invalid.

6.4 Disconnection

If a disconnection occurs during a live game or sports bet, the data stored on 6win's servers will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6win platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and full forfeiture of balance.

1. Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
2. Operating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly exploit bonuses or promotions.
3. Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities.
4. Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
5. Using bots, automated software, or AI tools to place bets or play games.
6. Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
7. Receiving or managing payments from third-party accounts.
8. Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems.

Account Suspension and Closure

6win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If false information is provided during identity verification.
• If KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time after being requested.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• Upon instruction from a court, government authority, or law enforcement agency.

8.1 Closing Your Own Account

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any existing balance before closing your account. To recover a balance after account closure, you will need to contact the support team.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 months or more, 6win may mark it as inactive. In this case, identity verification may be required to reactivate the account.
